Return Policy

Since Poladio App services are digital and not physical deliverable products, traditional returns do not apply.

Refund Eligibility

Poladio App does not offer refunds for active subscriptions. Upon cancellation of your subscription, future invoices will be cancelled, and you will not be charged in the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid period.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be processed in specific cases where technical failures prevent access to the service immediately after successful payment. Such claims must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of the transaction.
